Kari-Matti is one of Finland's leading lawyers specializing in information technology, outsourcing, and data protection.

He has over 20 years of both domestic and international experience in ICT contracts, outsourcing, intellectual property rights, data protection, and digitalization.

Eija has extensive experience in transforming companies’ data assets into meaningful business and customer value. 

Previously, Eija worked on advancing data and AI capabilities, customer insights, and digital services across various industries — including over 15 years in the media sector. 

Aapo is an experienced cyber security strategist and analyst with unique strategic level international expertise and understanding of hybrid and cyber threats.

He also has extensive first-hand knowledge of military defense and the hole of society approach of Finland.  

Teemu Kääriäinen is a senior advisor in the Finnish Ministry of Finance Public Sector ICT Department. Currently Teemu is taking part in several national and cross-border initiatives related to digital identities. 

Teemu has over 15 years of experience designing, architecting, building, and deploying business-critical digital identity solutions. 

Teemu has extensive experience in ICT leadership roles within the private sector and has spent the last four years modernizing operational processes in public healthcare through digitalization.

Teemu's vision has been to bring digital services to public healthcare that match the quality available in the private sector. With his experience, he can provide valuable insights into the key considerations when developing digital customer service.

In my role as IAM lead at Inter Ikea I am responsible for creating an IAM system that enables our coworkers to deliver a better everyday life for the many people as well as ensuring smooth delivery of meatballs and Billy bookshelfs across the world. 

My twenty plus years of experience includes IAM product lead, architect and engineering manager as well as individual developer. I have a wide international experience gained through having lived and worked in Sweden, Germany, UK, USA and the Netherlands. I am a frequent speaker at international conferences such as IDM Europe and European Identity and Cloud Conference. 

Kaarina is Head of Identity Management at Nordea, with a strong background in the industrial and finance sectors.

With expertise in IAM, Kaarina focuses on how identity can drive business goals – through automation, compliance, cybersecurity or a blend of three. Kaarina believes there is a fit-for purpose IAM for every organization.

Ward Duchamps, who brings over two decades of experience in Identity and Access Management, currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Innovation for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) product line at Thales.

Prior to joining Thales, Ward was the founder of Scaled Access, a specialist in fine-grained and policy-based authorization, which became an integral part of the OneWelcome product suite in early 2022. Additionally, Ward co-founded cloud authorization broker miaa Guard

Before these ventures, Ward served as the Director of security and privacy services at Deloitte. 

Gagan started his career in IAM with companies like Sun Microsystems and CA in Australia. He then moved to UK in 2020 with Deloitte Consulting.

He is a global citizen strong cross-domain functional application experience and has the ability to operate at all levels of technical, management and commercial aspects with customers.  

Gagan currently leads the Partner Sales Engineeriig Team at Ping Identity covering the EMEA region.
